This is actionable, LOL! I would guess that it's best to tackle just one issue at a time so as to be able to analyze what's working/not working in the experimental loop of new action.

I also deeply believe in courage being the catalyst for action.

in one of my personal experiences about courage, I researched beyond Buddhism, as my mentor always encouraged me to be courageous in my faith, and i found that discipline is a catalyst for courage.

i read a very insightful article comparing courage and boldness, by comparing Athenian and Spartan philosophy in ancient Greece.

the daily courage of discipline moves intentions to action.
